*Thank You Chuck E. Cheese for partnering up with us on this post. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.*
Last weekend we celebrated little E’s 7th birthday party at our local Chuck E. Cheese. You bet he has been asking to throw a birthday party there ever since he could start talking. “Mom it’s like the funnest place ever. And you can win prizes, too!” they had a blast with all the fun unlimited games they were able to play with the All You Can Play Pass and the delicious pizza, and by they, I mean Ethan and his best buds aka cousins.
I like to keep our birthday parties small and intimate, mainly because we already have such a big family, so Ethan’s cousins, aunts, and grandparents all came to celebrate his special day.
When I first started planning Ethan’s party, I was already so hesitant to even do it because it was so close to back to school, but thankfully the process of booking a birthday at Chuck E. Cheese was so easy. I was able to reserve the time, food, balloons, and cake all online. All we needed to do was show up! We had a host to help with the setup, the food, the cake and clean up, and it just felt so good to actually be able to enjoy the birthday boy than hosting guests during the whole event.
It’s also really nice how they have activities for the kids to do during their birthday celebration. Instead of having to come up with birthday games, the kids kept occupied with the game room, dancing with chuck e. And Ethan’s favorite, the ticket blaster haha! He had so much fun trying to grab all of the 590 tickets. Even though I don’t think he caught one, it was still fun seeing him get in there and try. 😉
I still can’t believe Ethan’s 7. It’s a prime time where his personality is really showing, and the innocence of a child is still present. Watching him dance with chuck e and opening all his presents with such pure happiness and excitement is probably my favorite thing about being a mama.

Happy birthday, little E! So glad you had a blast. Xo
